About the Group

Charnwood Community Medical Group set up the Patient Participation Group in February 2010 to help the Practice keep in touch with the views, thoughts and wishes of our patients and to help guide the development of the Practice.
The group meets monthly, apart from January and August, setting its own agenda and shaping its own development with close help and input from the Practice. Please note the Patient Participation Group is not a forum for complaints; should you wish to make a complaint please contact the surgery directly and we will be happy to help.
The group produces an annual report which is circulated in the surgery waiting rooms. In December 2012 the group adopted a formal constitution detailing more about its aims and objectives and this can be viewed in meeting documents on the left.
